There are no MAPD carriers that require you to pay commissions to an upline. A few ACA. Any upline that is requiring you to pay commissions to them is not worth talking to.

With Humana contracts, the street level commission comes from Humana. Humana doesn’t recognize downlines, so overrides don’t get paid directly from Humana.
