Here is what Obummer said . . .

"If your state can create a plan that can cover as many people as affordably and comprehensively as the Affordable Care Act does without increasing the deficit, you can implement that plan, and we'll work with you to do it," Obama said.

Which other than the part about the federal deficit, it totally meaningless.

Obamacrap was not going to reduce the cost of health care or health insurance premiums. So his requirement that the state plans must be as "affordable" as his plan is vaporware.

Anyone with a brain knows that Obamacrap RAISES premiums, not lowers them. But his fuzzy contention that it will lower premiums is already set in the minds of the public.

Of course the way he achieves this magic is via tax credits.

Federal tax credits.

Which add to the debt.

Even if he passes this off to the states, the federal tax increases are still intact so this is a winning proposition for him and the DC idiots.

Hehehe. Yeh, I guess that means that every state has to adopt a plan that reduces premiums by 2500 a year and gives everyone a plan that "is just like members of Congress have." Okay, fine.
