I have a potential client who is interested in a disability contract with a return of premium feature.
As a former AGLA employee, we offered a disability contract that could cover someone up to age 65 and pay until 65 and had return of premium built into the contract. If you held the contract until age 65 and never use it, you receive all of your premiums back and with a schedule accordingly.
Since AGLA no longer actively employs agents, I've been looking into the independent route and doing this part time. As an independent, I wouldn't be able to write AGLA's disability contract.
I was wondering if someone knew of a contract that had a comparable return of premium feature available. If this individual were to hold the contract until 65, the ROP would bring back roughly $40k which would make for a nice supplement.
