my name is DJ, I am currently a captive agent in a management position. i have just over a year in insurance sales experience, but i have owned my own retail business for the past 7 years. so i feel that i know how to sell, and how to motivate people. i want to start my own agency, and plan on learning the ropes and figuring out the path to success in the independent agent field. i sell just health right now, but have the full health accident life license, and would like to utilize when i open my agency.
