Besides using a fancy CRM, which I do have access to, what "system are producers using to track leads worked vs not worked. So far I simply have 4 files. 1-met with didn't buy 2-met with did buy/client 3-have not reached yet need to door knock 4-have not reached yet need to call (usually newest leads in this category). Interested in how everyone is doing this and flaws in my system that I am not aware of yet. I will also have the leads sorted by area.
