DM Leads at Fixed Cost

Hello, this is my first post. I've been lurking for quite a while. I have searched several post here and I need some help.

I am looking to start getting weekly 20-25 Direct mail final expense leads. I am interested in fixed cost only. I've tried mailing on my own through my company and got 1 response out of 4000 mailers. I just ordered my first batch of TM leads to tie me over.

I am captive and not interested in leaving at this moment and I lot of the lead companies that do fixed prices DM leads are for their agents only. The other issue I'm running into is the age. Some give leads up to age 85 and I can only write up to age 80.

Any direction will be appreciated.

If you mailed 4,000 and got one lead you got ripped off. Pure and simple.

You could talk to Brady at Need a Lead but I think he will mail up to age 85. You might be able to pay extra and get lowered ages.

If your agency owner want to call me I can connect him with a program or possibly link him into our program depending on his size and nuber of agents.

Thanks! I will give them a call tomorrow.

The age group 80 - 85 is a crap chute in my opinion. It really only benefits the lead company.

I have written a handful of policies in that age group but the overwhelming majority seemed to either be very confused about the offering, too sick to get what they want, or the premiums were way too high even for a 2K benefit.

That would be my thinking. I actually have problems with some of the people in the 75-80 age bracket. Sometimes, I just have to leave the home or ask to speak to their children before I will write them a policy. That is very frustrating sometimes.

The problem I have is the minimum I can issue is $5K. I'm not only final expense. The majority of my appointments are in the evening and I am just looking for more daytime activity besides businesses.

You should have your agency owner visit our site at Home | Final Expense Leads | Final Expense Training | Final Expense Sales
We could possibly help you both ease into a very good "cost per lead" direct mail program. We are specialist at this.

Why is 5K the minimum you can write?
