DM vendor for Apt Complex specific?

I have a vendor for DM cards to hit specific Seniors Complexes. works well except--its a 2000 pc min and I cant possibly get to all those while still fresh

(Call someone two weeks later "You sent this card in" ---"No I didnt")

Anyone use/recommend a DM house that can do address specific without the 2000 min.

Think the minimum is from the list suppliers

Example 100 Main street, Apt 101, 100 main street Apt 102 and so on for all 60 or 80 or 120 apartments
