DMARC who creates this

I am having an email issue CRM tells me to call Godaddy where I have my email and I need them to create and implement something about a DMARC policy

So I called Godaddy and they say I need to get DMARC from 3rd party but said they are no allowed to tell me what is a 3rd party or who to call for this, But once its created they can do the rest of what is needed

I sent a mess to CRM but they are slow to respond and I really want to get this done today

This stuff is Chinese to me I don't even know what it is

Either way, I just need to know who to call to do this

Ohh I don't at all get it I have not a clue But I am working with CRM and godaddy It was just the first godaddy rep told me I needed to get this when I called back with other questions after talking with a company They looked into my account and found I had one already

The problem I have now in order for Godaddy to completely fix my emails I need to obtain my SPF files from Gmail whatever that is and I have been having a hell of time trying to find out how to do that
