Let's say someone has type 2 diabetes and changes their lifestyle, lowers their weight, blood pressure, etc and is now healthier. Can they keep their coverage and have their premiums lowered?

If the policy was rated for health, you can apply for removal of the rating without having to rewrite the original policy.
