Does a Case Manager ever call to go over the entire app and collect pymt info?

Is that too much to ask, especially of a busy case manager?
It doesn't seem like they'd be able to handle many agents if their duties were so labor intensive.

Someone is recruiting me into their system and I found it attractive because that takes so much off my plate that I could concentrate just on calls and closing.

He said the only time you talk to the customer is when quoting and then doing the e-app over the phone.
The case mgr and FMO take it from there.

However, when I checked with the FMO, they informed me that they did not actually do this.

Now I'm wondering if there is any such thing. If so, that is the type of FMO I'd like to work with.
