You need to specify if you are looking for health insurance or life insurance.

If life, you can't likely qualify him for a large amount. A small burial policy will be no problem but anything larger will probably not accept him.

At his age and having heart disease a funeral pre-need life insurance is a good option. It's best to buy those through your local funeral home.
