Does Anyone Ever Use Disability Income Riders??

I am comparing some term products' disability riders and noticed some of the prices aren't guaranteed beyond a year.

My question is, do you use disability riders as opposed to writing standalone plans?

How do you set up the di-life combo plan (especially if there's non-guaranteed pricing elements) and explain them?

What's the costs of the rider compared to the stand alone, double? 50%?

Any companies offer guaranteed di rider prices?
