Doorhangers

Has anyone tried doorhangers for lead generation? I'm thinking of getting a bunch printed geared towards home & auto and having someone blanket some local neighborhoods with them.

Has anyone tried this & would you mind sharing your results?

I have heard agents share success stories doing this but it can backfire if you get a few property owners that don't like all of the litter created by your endeavor.

Apartment complexes can be good to generate some quick activity. Sometimes it will be non standard auto but you can nail down a few renters policies with that. Charge a fee and you can make some money.

I printed 3000, so far have gone thru 2000 of them in 2 months.Till now I closed 2 individual health .
