The thing about all agency management systems is they have some good things and some bad things. It mostly depends on what you, as an agent, are looking for.

A much better question would be to describe what problem you are trying to solve and then ask if Doris will do it. Open ended questions make it look like you are on a fishing expedition and not really considering this for yourself.

Actually, I am considering it due to the fact it a SaaS (software as a service) system, rather than server based. I'm just curious if anyone is using it and what experiences they've had.

I've seen the demo online, and that's great - but it doesn't let me know what works well and what doesn't from an agents standpoint. THAT'S what I want to know.

I knew a little about DORIS system that helps in agency automation. It is a user friendly system that helps you get done really easy in insurance transactions. They have all the list of offered benefits that I think are fair enough for the price they have.
