Churn doesn't have to be within your book. Churn is all that call centers do. That's why they eliminated the quarterly SEP for duals, to reduce churn . And because of marketing money FMO's and many agents do get paid more for churning their own BoB.

They got rid of the qtrly but added a monthly for full duals plus call centers will aggressively market csnp plans now.

They don't care… put them on a csnp and if it's not approved within two months switch them back to their old plan or another standard plan using SNP (no longer qualifies for csnp)

True. Another reason for me to steer clear and not do DSNP.
