Dropbox?

Simple & Best Solution if you don't want or need to have a CRM, but to file clients files where it's easy to find and sort...

You can use Evernote. For only $5 a month, you get 1 GB of notes storage. Each note can hold up to 50 MB, which is plenty. PDF's are so easy to see in the notes, because it's already opened and there's no need to open every file like you would in a computer.

Save by tags and sort all files by workbooks. Unlimited notes, but they only allow 250 notebooks. (I hit that limit) so now have to consolidate my notes.

You can sync all your notes amongst all computers and phone apps. Makes it really easy to find client's info. at all times.

Hope that helps!

No, that's one I haven't heard of, well, except for Star Trek. I'll take a look at it, not that I need anymore places to store/hide things.

It was just a late night joke. I couldn't resist.

Anyone here using dropbox? I am looking to scan in all my client files to go virtually paperless.

Any advice or opinions on if this is a good or bad idea would be appreciated.

Thanks!

I find it priceless. I access it via multiple desktops, laptop, smart phone and iPad.
