I've been licensed for several years and have E&O. I just opened a new company which is an agency. For the time being I am the only agent. Looking for advice on whether I need E&O for the agency.

Thanks

I would call Napa (or whomever you use) to confirm. I carried only individual for a long time, even though I contracted my LLC (agency) as well. Then at some point one random carrier told me I needed agency coverage........after discussing with a few of my main carriers, and Napa, it was confirmed I could just carry individual again.

Individual is cheaper as well IIRC, but I'd call them to confirm your situation

Hi Steve - You may want to check out Next Insurance.
I just picked up an e&o policy pretty cheap and pay by the month instead of annually.
Good Luck!
