E & O Insurance for New Start Ups

I am a newly licensed California P & C agent. I wish to become independent agent but do not know where to go to get E & O coverage. Is there any cheaper E & O carries for California P & C agents ? I am looking for abt $2000 per year for $1M/$1M coverage. Any suggestion will be highly appreciated. The IBA West Carriers will not accept new agents, I am kind of unable to get coverage thro' association too.

Thanks, can you be more specific, such as phone contact as the website is for group affinity members. Do I need to join an association to get the deal? It look like a good deal to me. I appreciate your help.
