Early To Bed, Early To Rise (To The Top)

""Every person interviewed, that achieved great success, started their day around 5:30am EST and spent their first half hour awake exercising.""

As I have gotten older, I find that I am waking up earlier and peeing for the first half hour. Does that count?
:nah:

Does it count? It is one of the two top priority things I do to get my day started. The second is a steaming hot cup of coffee. Not only does the coffee help wake me up it enables me to do the third most important thing in the morning. Take a second long pee.

After that I'm un-stopable for the rest of the day.

Speaking of Condi rice........ I was convinced that Madaline Albright was the biggest joke of a Secretary of State we had ever had until Condi came along. I dont think it can get any worse then Condi!

back on topic...

I must say, since i went independent, I have gotten lazy, as a result, i get to the office at 10. work till 2, got to the gym till 4, come back and work till 8.

then when i get home, stay up late.

what do you guys suggest for transitioning to early to bed, early to rise?

"Somebody did not get their pee done this morning."

I dont wake up in the morning having to take a rip roaring piss. I get up 2 or 3 times in the middle of the night and piss. And I laugh when the TV commercials tell me that means I might have an enlarged prostate and should go talk to my Dr to have the problem fixed. Are we going anywhere with this?

The agent that works 5pm to 9pm weekdays and 9am to 5pm saturdays will write three times more business then the agent that thinks the work week is monday thru friday 9am to 5pm and never works saturdays.

And those that work 8 a.m until 9 p.m. do even better. I see that you've been posting quite a bit on the forum, and just curious about your experience in the insurance business.
