One might need to add index annuities to the list, IMO.
If you're looking at 10-16% instant equity/premium bonuses on only a 3yr product, your cap structure and agent commission have to be almost zero and your surrender schedule would have to be ridiculous..
At least tell these guys more details.. Without the details you are admitting the product has many faults..
