eHealthInsurance.com

I guess I wasn't explicit enough for you,
I'll handle my state, others who have experienced
the same can complain from their respective states,
I'll try to do better to get my point crystal clear next time.

I guess we're all simply a little lost. I have a feeling you're under the false impression that spam is illegal. This is not the case. If Ehealth wants to spam you 50 times a day they absolutely can:

The CAN-SPAM Act: Requirements for Commercial Emailers

You simply cannot send spam that violates these guidelines:

*no false or misleading headers
*deceptive subject lines
*Must offer an opt-out

As long as you adhere to those guidelines it's open season.

Seems like you feel this forum is a useless waste of time,
if so maybe you should go away - not those of use who
attempt to learn and or share herein.

Who do you think you are? Only losers complain about the competition... If you were selling and making money, you wouldn't be whining about shutting down ehealth (which is impossible)...

The advice I gave was sound. Filing complaints against ehealth will not shut them down. Frankly, I like ehealth. It's easy to replace their customers - people like having a local agent to look out for them.

As others have said, they aren't breaking any laws...

If it irritates you that much, opt out!
