Employee/Employer Cost Split Data

I am a newbie to the forum and could not find any previous threads, my apologies if there was one I missed.

Is there a reliable data source to find the AVERAGE or MEDIAN employee/employer cost split data for 2016 or even 2015?

Was hoping to find it sliced up in detail - State, Industry, Employer size.

I have been searching all over, willing to pay if it is reliable data but still no luck.

Anyone know of a good source?

You are looking for the Kaiser Family Foundation Annual Survey. They don't break down industry in this fashion but they do firm size and geographic area by plan design. Hands down the best source I use.
