How about having an employment/job opening section? I know that there are a great number of agents that are on the independent side and are happy with there current situation. As I'm sure there are captive agents. I think with having over 14,000 members on this site from time to time they want to change locations or companies. It would be nice to see opportunities from both the independent side as well as the captive side.
