We have had horrible claims service over the past year or so. They seem to be obtuse about it with our marketing rep saying he never hears about bad claim service, but I have heard it from another local agent or two.
Anyone else had bad experiences with Encompass recently? We are moving most of the book to Travelers and Allied Private Client Group, maybe some to Chartis (formerly AIG Private Client Group).
