How much do the folks make that go to work places (schools for instance) and enroll people in life, disability, etc...are they licensed ?

I assume you're not talking about the person that owns the account from your thread title. Contracted enrollers typically get $200-$250 per day, flat fee. And yes, you have to be licensed.
