I'm on hold with BCBS right now. I have about 10 files that I have yet to be paid on yet. Does anybody know what the process of getting my back pay on this. I called about this a couple of months back in June,

Were you direct or with an office at the colored company?

No not direct with BCBS I go through a IMO. But BCBS il the one that pays me. My commissions are not assigned.

Have you kept up with you client base and ensured that they are "on the books" per the carrier?

Eventually, you will get paid. I have people back to 1/1 that I haven't been paid on yet either. Are they showing up in Hallmark? If so, they will need to send them to commissions. The issue is that takes you to the next commission cycle (September). SUPPOSEDLY I am supposed to get paid for all 7 months on mine this month. I'll believe it when I see it. It will be a nice little bonus though when they do all show up.

FYI....this is also the reason Snapshot hasn't been paid.

What did they say when you finally got through?
