Exceeded Election Limits in IEP?

i just had a MAPD case denied for exceeding election limits. This client T65 in June, had a Part D effective June 1 and enrolled in MAPD 9/27. Are T65’s limited to one choice in IEP? The denial refers to TRC108, which has been updated recently but that’s all I can find.

You should probably read up on the MA OEP.

Edit to say: Not clear on the info given if the client would have had this available. But wanted to make sure it's in your "tool box."
