As per the Crain's Health Pulse (with no link or citation...), NY state has earmarked $40MM over two years for a campaign run by DBB Worldwide Communications Group Inc.

Supposed to start on Oct. 1, will include TV, Radio, web, print, and social media.

Does not appear that anything will be run in advance of OEP. The indication was that the name/branding will be launched this summer, with actual advertisements starting Oct. 1.
