Important change on 1/20/2025

Beginning January 20th​, 2025, we're excited to share a new process for your Final Expense clients. When your clients apply through our e-App process and are approved, they (the Owner) will receive a one-page certificate summary in the mail, and they will receive an email with a secure link to register their account on the Royal Neighbors of America Member Portal to retrieve their new certificate.

On the Member Portal, your clients can easily access all their insurance documents and conveniently have access to self-service options like making payments, updating beneficiaries, loans and more - all in one place!

Quick Tip: Encourage your clients to use the same email address they used for signing the e-App when registering for the Member Portal. This helps keep things simple and seamless.

This is exactly what my fex clients have been asking for... haven't yours? I mean, it's tough keeping track of all the rolled cigarettes you rolled today, while feeding all the cats, and making sure you give a good dose of Raid for all those pesky creepy crawly things. Who has time to mess with paper work, we'll just go grab it off our computer or tablet. Won't Mildred be so happy. :skeptical:

And we wonder sometimes why the public hates insurance companies. I'm sure they are raising the commissions to the agent for reduced cost to them. If not that then I'm sure they will be lowering the rates for the insured.
 
When you lose your policy some carriers end 1 page summaries . But the problem with doing that upfront there's no copy of type application . So in the future agents coming behind agents won't be able the scan the app for lies
