My son rents a 2 BR, 2 BA home in SJ, might be a stretch to say 1300 sq ft. Rent is $4k per month. Insane!
Nice neighborhood as long as you don't walk more than 3 or 4 blocks. Last time I was there someone was camping in a converted school bus decorated like the Partridge Family bus. The bus moved about once a week to avoid being ticketed. Quite a few homes there valued at $1M plus.
