Families could be denied death benefits if their unvaccinated loved one dies

The only way that I can see this panning out is if the policy is a company paid group policy and you are terminated for not getting stuck and then die later. If a policy is issued to an individual and there is no graded period, carriers are hard pressed to find a reason not to pay benefits

probably not insurance policies, maybe self funded group benefit or something. Otherwise, they couldnt ignore the policy language to deny a claim

I am conflicted. I want to believe what you are saying, but not sure if I should based on me believing what you are saying. It is a conundrum for sure. I trust you, but you are saying maybe I shouldn't,...,..........

Now you're getting it! Do your research!

If people read the fake news article. They would know that these are AD&D policies that are only active while working, specifically for work related deaths. It is additional insurance for a high risk activity on top of the normal life insurance provided.

The article also covered many other examples of employers and local governments doing the same exact thing. Nothing fake about this, or illegal.

What the article didnt cover is the Contract is Owned by the Employer. The Contract language is customizable when its a large group, and exclusions are allowed for any type of "employee class" they want to carve out.

---

Despite this being a decision by the employer. Its effects are not much different between this and denying coverage to an employee based on other "health related" reasons... such as choosing not to take a medication for a heart condition that was recommended by a doctor.. or untreated diabetes... etc.

Group policies above certain limits are individually underwritten all the time. And the underwriting does not have to be on the front end if blanket coverage is provided with a list of exclusions.

I turned on the left wing news last night and CNN and MSNBC were trying to convince their viewers that the elections in Virginia on Tuesday went Republican because of all the white racists that Trump stirred up. This was on a "news" program?
Those elections were won by a white man, a black woman and a Hispanic man. None of them are anything close to racist. The Dems are driving their own bus off a cliff and they refuse to point the blame where it belongs and continue to make up crazy BS so they don't have to face the truth.
Dems don't want diversity. They just want power and control.

Even though Trump has a huge following of white racists, that's not what it was about. It was as simple as a huge turn-out of Republicans and then many people who voted left last time went right this time. Nothing more, nothing less. It wasn't about racism, other than Trump having a huge following of racists.

Or maybe......

Maybe, but I doubt it. I can't see how anyone could disagree with what he is saying.

Do you really want a bunch of uneducated and educated parents trying to tell the schoolboard what they should and shouldn't teach? Can you imagine the chaos there? Should there be input? Sure there should be! However, if the parents don't get their way, then they want to cry about it much like the snowflakes of today want to cry about everything.

You can mark my word on this...and it's not about the Republican party, but Glen Youngkin won't accomplish anything. He's in it for the money and that's it. Sit back and watch.

I do not believe that there are HUGE numbers of racists in the whole country whether they are Lefties or Righties. I think that is just something the lefties get traction to rile their base up with.

But the point is MSNBC and CNN constantly preach that the Republicans especially need to be more diverse. But when the 1st black person (Winsom Sears) is elected to Virginia Lieutenant Governor in history, and on top of that she is a female 1st generation immigrant from a very poor background that worked her way out of poverty, neither MSNBC or CNN will interview her because they haven't figured out how to claim she is a "white raciest" or an "Uncle Tom" yet. Why would they not want to celebrate this woman?

Yes all mainstream "News" is biased. But I watch them all and those channels have jumped the shark.
