Mar 20, 2014 #1 S solo2013 Expert 56 Family of 2, $21,000 annual income. Mother and one dependent daughter - Both were Assigned to Medicaid. They live in New Jersey. She should be eligible for subsidies. Any idea why they were put on medicaid?

I don't work that area, but New Jersey is a 138% state I believe. About 21707.
