FE Agents who Invest!

Lately I been investing in unsecured consumer notes via prosper and/or lendingclub. The rest in stock and options. 2013 was spent shorting puts. Looking to flip the cards soon though

I did take a longer look at my canned goods today. On the investing , I used to trade on technical breakouts , I also don't care for fundamentals . Having worked for more than one wall st firm you realize their just pushing stocks for clients. My favorite long term buy signal is simply when bad news continues to hit a "blue chip" and it doesn't go down anymore. Remember when all the big banks were under 5 dollars?

I prefer Survivor Guy, Les Stroud is the man. He recently released his early (10 years) videos where he just went out in the wilderness for the hell of it to try to survive.

Of all the survival shows, if you want to learn how to survive then he is the guy. Les does it all on his own, just a crew nearby and a sat phone if he gets in trouble or doesn't check in. Bear Grylls is cool, but he always has a crew with him and can take risks that Les can't.

Yeah but if you use Bear's techniques, you wouldn't have to worry about starving to death. You would die trying to rappel down the first 200 ft waterfall that you came across.

True.

I can't recall which one it was, but they once rappelled down a cliff on a slip knot. I'm thinking Bear, but I'm not sure. He tied the knot such that it would hold as long as it had weight on it, but release the weight and the knot would let go. That way he could keep his rope.
