FE Companies Offering Limited Pay Options?

Just curious....are there any/many noncaptive insurance companies that offer limited pay permanent policies, like 10 pay, 20 pay, LP65? It seems like the majority offer either whole life, term or both.

Two that come to mind are RNA - 20 pay, Cincinnati Life -10 pay. I am sure there are others. If you are looking to use these for FE you will want to know min face amount and their non med limits also.

Monumental has a 10-pay.

RNA's 20-pay is not actually FE but a fully underwritten policy with a $25K minimum, although it is simplified issue for under $100K face for most people... or under $50K for age 55-65. 66+ is not SI.
