I just joined this forum so please excuse me if this question has been asked and answered. I am about to embark on a a career in FE sales and I'm considering joining Securus. Any suggestions for a diffrent company or are they a decent place to start.?
BMR -- you can read my thread for a thorough breakdown of EFES, which is listed somewhere on the FE first page.
Basically -- with Securus, you'll most likely get a few points (5-10) higher on your commission rate.
Also, you're paying a fixed rate upfront for your leads, *as* mail is being *dropped*, NOT as you receive the leads.
So you will be in the hole for 3-4 weeks of leads before you actually start receiving them.
Also, there's no way they will reduce your lead cost -- It will always be $20.95 -- whether you buy 10 leads or 35 leads.
Training as with most insurance agencies of any kind is based upon your manager. However that's something you need to decide for yourself -- do you need the hand-holding or can you honestly show you are a competent one-call closer?
