FE in PA Needs Training, Leads

I passed my life exam in July of last year and set up with an IMO and a few companies directly. By January of this year life sent me a distraction that took me completely away from the insurance business. That distraction has finally resolved itself. I am ready to commit full time to FE.

I do not think I made the best choice my first time around when it comes to FE IMO's. I am therefore looking for a Final Expense IMO to join.

I have capital set aside for living expenses.

I have separate capital to commit for lead expenses.

Again, I am ready to commit full time.

I am located in PA on the Eastern side of the state. I am not opposed to joining an IMO based somewhere other than Pennsylvania; but my preference would be to join an IMO that has at least one active full time producer within a couple of hours of me for ride alongs. However, I am willing to travel to train with the right person.

I need training and I need leads. I would like an opportunity to do a ride along (several perhaps) with an active FE producer(s). I will not join an IMO without the opportunity to do a ride along.

I know that Trans recently terminated me for lack of production. I have not written anything with the other carriers with whom I had been contracted in more than six months, so I do not think I will need a release from my other IMO for contracting purposes. I was not with a captive agency/company.

Suggestions here will be appreciated, or I can be PM'd as well. I would like to hear from folks who are relatively new to insurance sales and who feel that their IMO did a good job of training them and has offered on going support as necessary.

Thank you

Check out FEX. One of the best FE agents in the country is in Pa.

I don't know if he does ride alongs or not. He doesn't have any downline agents.

But he would offer help. He's constantly helping other agents.

And you could definitely do a ride with Travis.

Shoot me an email and I can get you in touch with someone. He writes over 30k per month around you each month. He will get you in the car with him several days if needed.

Who's the $360K per year producer in Pa?
His name is Josh and he doesn't live in PA but works there and Delaware. He has issued $125,612 in the last 4 months. He also has a huge Medicare Advantage book that will pay him right at $100k in renewals in January. He works harder than anyone else I have ever seen in the field, so that is where his success comes from I would say.
