FE in PA Needs Training, Leads

If it were true I would have known about the guy. I know about phonies like you and I know about real producers.

That guy may well prove to be one of them over time?

Like the guy I mentioned in Pa. He wrote over $250K last year, just FE alone. He's going to do more this year.

Just for Oct he wrote $38K FE. A $40K single premium and 10 med sups. And, oh yeah, he spent a week on the FEX cruise.

Those kind of producers are known about. Even up in Wisconsin. Unless one is too stupid to see. But when you have an obsession about me that blinds you to everything else then I have to try and educate you that there are other things in life.

This agent also had a $38,000 month in September and wrote a ton of Medicare Advantage and UL's. Just because he isn't with FEX doesn't mean he doesn't exist. He was with another organization and doing very good there but he was doing his own mail drops and had a little lower comp.

I can only speak to what he has done WITH ME! He has done over 30,000 average each month and a ton of UL's/Advantage plans. Another difference is that his numbers are actually low. He wrote a $17,000 AP app that paid in full and only $3,500 of that goes towards his $38,000 number.

And again I will say, I did not say he does 360k per year, I said he is writing 30k per month.

I didn't make the comment. I asked who this $360K per producer was. When you say he's writing $30K "every month" that's $360K per year.

I should have known that it was just more hyperbole.

I'm writing 30k a month. That 38k Boman is talking about came in the last 17 days of the month. I'm also consistently writing 15-20 mapds. Since I came to EFES I learned that you can buy your way to success in this business. I was spending 600 a week dropping mail to get 12-18 leads a week. Now I'm spending 900-1200 A week to get 30-40 leads a week. I doubled my expenses to double my production. Right now I'm pacing 15k this month and I'm not buying FE leads because of medicare aep. This business is real simple: be coachable, work hard, and manage your money properly and it's impossible to fail.

LOL....not hardly! The reason it's been said that you are a $360K per year agent is because averaging $30K per month is equivalent to $360K per year, or at least you're on target for that.
