FE "Term" to age 85? 90?

Are you contracted with SofN? When I first started submitting business it was tough to get in touch with someone, but for a month or so when I call they answer. Sent an e-mail to commissions at 4:32 and the lady has already replied.

I give cases away for that reason. Sometimes I get something in return sometimes, especially if a small case, It is just good karma. .

I looked on the SC site and saw the fee was only $25 so I reinstated an old license. Spend $25 to make $500+. I don't work the term market like I should. In the last week I have had 3 clients call and wanted coverage. Monthly premium of about $700 so that helps keep my as earned check enough to make the house payment.

Yeah, some of the states are crazy low cost.

VA I believe is something like $25. We just our KS renewal = $50. As I recal LA is something like that as well.

The People's Republic of Kalifornia is just shy of $200. And 30 units of CEs.

I had a client from CA call a while back and wanted coverage. I renewed my license and something the company found on the APS pissed him off and he did not accept the offer. Threatened to sue me and I told him his beef was with the company. Did not try to shop the case after he caused such a stir so I don't know if he ever obtained a policy. Cost me money.

Low hanging fruit. That cost you what about the cost of a few leads? Nature of the beast.

Recently gave away a case in Washington state. I think the nonres is something like $50. but it was a little policy and should have been f2f. Another, in NY, good client I have written a couple of time. Contacted me from this forum years ago. I turned him over to someone I trust to take care of him. Good Karma.

I have gotten a lot of cases from this forum. Many from agents. I have given business to just about every agency on this forum. Sometimes I may call one of the IMOs and ask if they have an agent in area or I will just call a couple of agents. More importantly, I have made some great connections here.

Yeah, but it does suck to pay for a license and the deal falls through or charges back.
