Federal Exchange Charging for Annual Certification?

Just clicking on the links on the Federal CMS.gov page and I see that I click to go to an outside vendor, the charges look like $50 to complete the two modules.

Any one seen an option to certify for free? Being licensed in several states with their own exchange plus the feds, I would prefer not to be paying for these.

Sheesh! Thanks for pointing out what I should have seen. The federal exchange lists three payable education options before their own site & I did not catch it.
