They use Connecture. Just ran Cobb County . They show the 5 biggest mapd carriers and all the plans for them . Because of the trust factor they’ll get a lot of business . They’ll be spamming their customers starting at age 64 . I bet they do well .
I believe a good percentage of their individual client base are AUM and they are custodians for many employer 401k plans so they could get a foot in the door that way to HR departments to unload working eligibles to individual plans. I have had an account at Fidelity for almost 30 years and I can tell you their customer service and professionalism is top notch so I would assume if these agents are in house they will be well trained.
