I have an opportunity to contract with a company paying 110% first year. I was told I will get no less than 20-30 leads per week at $20 per lead, targeting blue collar families. I anyones experience is this a viable opportunity or should I run like an antelope? Thank you in advance.

most often things like this are not as they appear. are u assigning commissions, if so no deal. are you the agent of record. is the company a player in the market. are you captive.

being captive with a company that is not competitive is just peeing in the wind. if it is way overpriced your policy could be replaced quickly with the lower cost plan and u find yourself in charge back hell

The two companies I would be appointed with are Old American and Columbian Life, would you consider them competitive?

Blue collar Families and F.E. hmmm...

How do you define Blue Collar Families?

Would you call the F.E. old people market,,blue collar?

I guess it all depends on the leads, but also learn to prospect and way where you dont have to spend any money.
