I am preparing to have my first mailer sent out for final expense. For those that have a lot of experience with this is it better to have the words "life insurance" on the mailer? I was looking at samples from The Lead Connection and none actually said life insurance. Would appreciate any opinions.
Thanks!

Yes, having 'Life Insurance' on the card, in general, will result in fewer, higher qualified, responses.

I have been sending out a lot of different lead cards... Chris can print anything you want on a card... My experience is that they make no difference whatsoever if it says "burial", "final expense", or "life insurance"..

Dude, use the card that Chris recommends to get the best return!

Depends on your goal. If you just want responses then make it as vague as possible. The more information you put on the card the more qualified responses you will get. However, there will be far less returns the more qualifying info you put on the card.

Of the mailer is going to have your name on it, you'll need toile sure that if it mentions solicitation for insurance that it conforms to state Advertising rules. This is why most are vague and responses often go back to a mail house. Usually there's fine print that its a solicitation and that someone will contact them.

It has to be compliant either way. If the state calls the mail house, the first thing they will do is drive the bus over you.
