Does anyone know what their policy for Broker of Record is? do they need new apps or just a BOR on the cmpanies letterhead?

Been an agent for them for over 30 years.

BOR on insured's letterhead only. They will notify the other agent and give them a week to obtain a counter BOR.

They recommend submitting the BOR 60-90 days before the expiration date of the policy. Otherwise they will pay the comm to the old broker if the policy has been "issued" before they receive your BOR.
