As the title says... one of my clients has a Trust owned property out in Jacksonville FL. He lives in Vegas and they rent the property out. It is a condo. I am told by FL agents anything over 300k liability is hard to find out there.

Here is the deal, We need 500k liability on a Trust owned rental property.
