Are you wanting to sell under 65 or Medicare products. Florida Blue is the 800 lb gorilla in under 65.

Under 65, I have a few friends age 25 that need to get health insurance before they are penalized for not enrolling in Obama Care so I was wondering which one would be my best option to appoint with.

If you just have a few to enroll it is not worth the hassle of all of the certifications.

I'm already licensed and work for MOO I'm just trying to decide on which health carrier to appoint with.

Blue is the one in Florida that has dominated the market. They do require you to be exclusive.
First, I've made a 10 yr career selling under 65 without ever selling 1 FL Blue policy.
Next, if it's on exchange, Humana only offers an HMO. Aetna offers PPO.
Then, it depends on what county, as some carriers don't sell in every county.
Lastly, if they haven't bought already, the market is now CLOSED unless you have a qualifying life event. Otherwise, they are paying the 1% penalty
