Hello,
Wanted to see if anyone has any insight of FMO putting a personal guarantee in a agency contract for advances. My question would how could this affect me? Assuming they could place a judgement on me personally? Looking to see if anyone has experience with this type of situation.

If you personally guarantee the debt (advances) then you stand liable for it and they can and will seek judgement against you on case of default.
