Not sure if this is the right area to post this but had to share my experience.
Few years back I used to order leads from NetQuote, Quality of the internet leads were subpar but things were bearable.
Recently the company revamped to InsuranceQuotes and the website seems more user friendly, However it is the complete opposite.
Lead quality are at the lowest, ROI is no longer worthwhile, And I received a mysterious $20 charge to my credit card recently from them, Although my account currently has a positive balance.
They used to be very responsive when you called with issues or questions, Now I've called several times to sort this issue out, Throughout several days, Also left online messages and CANNOT reach a live person!
The company has become a redflag in my book, Try at your own risk.
