Foresters Question Initlal Premium

OK --it's Thursday afternoon...the client is leaving early tomorrow morning for blah blah blah.....in other words....it can't wait ...til morning...here goes:

Had a customer who bounced their first Foresters premium. She wants to pay it using her debit/credit card. Can she do that or not? She has no checks for the account.

Yes I will call them. No, I can't do it right now. I would like to get this settled with the customer tonight, Thursday, and have her either give me $50 in cash tomorrow morning. .....

Bottom line---will Foresters accept a credit card if the first wthdrawal bounced? The lady does not have checks for this account. Anybody know? Alternatively I have to go pick up her $50 cash and buy a money order and FEDEX it to Foresters. (ugh....)

They can do a redraft if you call and give them permission over the phone but no they cant accept a credit card or debit card over the phone. If she has the money now why not just put it in her account so they can redraft. You can call and tell them to do it they don't need a client on the phone. Also they will credit your advance commissions back as soon as a redraft because they have done a charge back or will soon when they realize the initial draft was returned.

She can go to the bank (if local) and pick up a counter check, put her a/c # on it and make it out to the ins co.
