Every single time I have asked a question from Jdeasy , he has always responded to me quickly with a detailed answer. He has personally provided me with a lot of valuable information. I have very high regard for him because not only he is successful in this field but he is very generous when it comes to helping new people in this field.

I agree. jd does not know me but he has always responded to my questions with good info and nothing either smart assy or promoting the organization he is with. he says he is an opened book with nothing to hide and I see that. he is not afraid to help other agents.

"Man-o-man. JD...I like you man. I cannot believe all the fals-hoods on here?? Anyone who is truely looking for the right group/carrier etc...do your own homework. I know about all 3 of these groups...very well".

There's many more just like that. So either he has his feelings hurt, is an outright liar or is just a two faced MF'er? Take your pick.

Just pointing out....

If an agent does a training call or audio call and it's recorded and posted on an IMO website whether passcode protected or open to the public....you can bet it's used just as equally for "recruiting" purpose's as it is for "training" agents.

It is used to help the IMO or upline "train" agents...w/o "them" doing the training.

So...those recordings "are" used for recruiting purpose's one way or another. This whole Thread is basically having JD promote fexcontracting whether it's direct or indirect???

Guess I'm the only one who sees it that way..... Just a little hypocritical some of the statements made on here are in a way.

If you want to pick on FEX then pick on FEX. To call out JD every time you think you can is just stupid.

I would say JD is an equal opportunity critic/promoter......to say he is hypocritical is basically ignorant.

Have you even read any of the 5 Start threads....He has not held anything back on that company and FEX. He says what he feels and equally was critical of his own upline.

So think before you write.

I may not always agree with him, I also know that his heart is in the right place.

And if he is ragging on FEX it must have went right over my head (no pun intended). I don't know what his point is but I have gathered from his previous posts that he is awesome and buys his cars in fleets, lives in a mansion, has the greatest telemarketed leads in the world, sells more life insurance than anybody, etc.

Sounds legit to me.

I agree with TwiLight. I don't think JD has ever indicated an interest in recruiting. I think the training calls at FEX that JD does are done because of his friendships and because JD enjoys it. The first call was completely unplanned. JD has been very generous to offer advice to those that have sought it from him. Of course it has a positive effect on recruiting but if it is good training it will have a positive effect even if it is John Doe giving it.

Didn't say he "wasn't generous"? Yes...he is "very quick" to respond to a lot of stuff.

He and othjer's state they don't do anything for recruiting purpuse's. But if his calls are posted as recordings on IMO sites...the most definitely are for recruiting purpose's as they are for training. So no...I won't think before I write something. You few folks should try to calm down, slow your roll before you jump to JD's aid as his little JD'er's and reread the post.

Newby...now you're trying to jump on the same stupid bandwagon with your smart ass comments. You don't want to bark up this tree brother. You you are EXACTLY what everyone complains about in a "marketer". You give contracts and you send agents to get leads from another lead house. We at least do everything ourselves. You order crapp TM leads from another source and your agents all call me for my leads because yeah...they are that great!

Duplicate what I've done...then maybe you can step up to my plate brother. It's easy to get contracts, design a cheap website and send agents to a lead house.

Take it to the next level....then we can talk.

My post was simple. Although the same ole same ole guys take it as bashing because it hurt someone's feelings or pulled down one of their own. Too bad! It's the truth. If you do training calls...if you allow your calls to be recorded and posted on an IMO's site...its recruiting. "Hey...sign up with us and listen to great training calls!" HELL-OOOOO???

As far as the name calling, short comments and everything else....you guys are grown men who are suppose to be professionals? WOW Embarrassing to our industry more like it. Shame shame shame.

I was simply pointing out total hypocritical comments made on here and its made every single day. Everyone is just too googoo-gaagaa over a few agents who do the basics and what others choose not to do. Its simple. Learn how to sell FE and FE the right way. Concentrate on it. Get leads and get out and work and anyone can write $15K plus a month.

Im done. Made my point. Now you girls can go ahead and have your little pow wow of jokes and stupid comments. I have to go run a company.
