Fraud in the insurance sector is increasing day by day. People are misusing insurance money. They produce fake document I don't know by what means but they do so and also get the insurance amount. Insurance companies are aware of such facts but are not taking strict action. WHY!

That is quite an accusation. I assume you have personal knowledge that ins companies are turning their heads to fraud. Very unlikely.

Well Rabbi with all the fraud with some of the companies that market med advantage plans here in Florida I have to believe someone at the top knows.
